Steve Jobs resigns

It is came the news that everyone hoped could never reach.
Steve Jobs, in a letter to the top of Apple, said he become unable to care adequately for his work and therefore was forced to abandon his current role, leaving a legacy to Tim Cook.
In any case, Apple's Jobs is not leaving permanently, as it wants to "recycle" in other roles to continue to follow the growth of the American giant.
Unfortunately, his departure was almost in the air, because long ago there were rumors of Jobs' health is not good.
Here is the letter of farewell:
Apple executives and the community:
I've always said that if he had come a day when I could no longer perform my duties and meet your expectations as CEO of Apple, I would be the first to let you know: Unfortunately, that day has arrived.
I resign as CEO of Apple. I will continue to give my contribution, if the Board agrees, as president, director and employee of the company.
As my successor, I highly recommend Tim Cook.
I think the days are bright and innovative Apple to come. And I hope to see them and be able to contribute in a new role. I did some of the best friendships of my life to thank you all for Apple and the many years we worked together.
Steve Jobs
